ONLINE TRANSACTION PRIVACY STATEMENT
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, to prevent information from being intercepted over the Internet. Any information obtained from the individual during the transaction may be matched against University records if necessary to ensure that the transaction is valid and/or to update university information if necessary. Information provided on this form will be used by the Appalachian State University Foundation for the purpose of correctly crediting your purchase.
Terms and Conditions
Purchases for events are final, unless otherwise indicated on the registration form. Should an event be canceled by the sponsoring organization, purchases will be refunded in full.
Merchandise requiring delivery will be shipped via the United States Post Service, utilizing First Class. Occasionally items are sent United Parcel Service.
All purchases of merchandise may be refunded in full within 30 days, with the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned in original condition.
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
- Merchandise must be shipped at purchaser’s expense to be received no later than 30 days from the original purchase date.
